OwnAdu sends qualified homeowner leads to a small network of ADU specialists. We're picky about who we accept and selective about who we send leads to — so when a homeowner reaches you, they're actually ready to talk.

What you get

    We only send leads in your service area. No driving 90 minutes for a meeting that won't close.

  • Cap on monthly leads

    You set a monthly cap so you're never overwhelmed. Quality over quantity.

  • Transparent pricing

    Pay per lead, $75–$250 depending on quality score and service area. Premium directory tiers available.

Requirements

  • Active general contractor license in your state
  • At least 10 completed ADU projects
  • Current general liability and workers' comp insurance
  • Reference contact for two recent homeowners
